We have a new artist exhibiting her work in the salon.
Anna Cosslett has been exhibiting as an artist since 2003, but has been working in inks since the late 1980s, when she was published as a cartoonist in alternative and mainstream media. Examples of earlier works can be viewed at www.akoz.co.uk and you can find her work on Facebook too. The exhibition at Beaucatcher comprises entirely new subject matter, combining the love of colour she discovered in her semi-abstract mixed media work with her expertise in line-drawing.
The rescheduled private view to celebrate the opening of the exhibition when you can come along to meet Anna and view her new work will be on Sunday 17 March 2013. As a special treat, there will be musical entertainment from Beaucatcher’s favourite band Morning Bride. It’s been a while that our friends have been on hiatus from the local scene but they are coming back with a new record titled The North Sea Rising and a special private live performance just for us and our clients after the art launch.
